In the „Forum Kammermusik“, each term ensembles consisting of students and teachers from the Bruckner – university Linz present works of chamber music that are well-established and those which will rarely be heard.

This evening, connecting elements with jazz will be explored under the motto “Chamber music extended”. Classical musicians meet jazz musicians, different cultures meet modern instruments.

Contrabass, cello, vocals, fretless guitar and percussion instrument unite with flutes – from Piccolo to bass flute – to form a unique ensemble. We draw on music from different cultures,

drag on rhythms and sounds, stir thoroughly and look forward to the result.
